Coincidentally, does anyone know if I can transfer full administrative rights to this blog over to that account? All I've done so far is invite myself, in "YarndudeKnits" form, to become a second author for the blog.
There's no reason you shouldn't be able to transfer full administrative rights. When I put together our pre-wedding blog for our guests, I added David on with full administrative rights so that he could invite people to read it and fiddle with things some (designers!). So you could do that, then sign in under the new account and revoke admin privileges for the old address.

You can edit your email addresses if you click My Account (top right in the Blogger dashboard). It doesn't look like you can change the primary address, but you can add additional ones. If you want to change the address that shows on the blog for contact purposes, I think you just need to edit your blogger profile.
